Data Breach detected in Sequoia, populer HR, Payroll, and benifit managment company


Sequoia consultancy, a company that provides services to startups detected unauthorized access to personal data. wired news reported that the company notified its customers which could impact because of this breach. according to wired.com this incident took place between September 22 and October 6 and offered three years of Experian identity protection services but not disclosed how many customers will get this free service, upon asking WIRED.
the company said that the unauthorized access was read-only and no way that the attacker can alter the data also company claimed that it is not detected the use or distribution of data till now.
